With over 25+ years of experience in people development and various leadership roles, a large part of my journey has been about helping individuals unlock their full potential. A lot of what I do is rooted in the principles of marketing psychology and people development, emphasising the importance of strengths and values in personal and professional growth.
My leadership, mentoring, and coaching journey began over two decades ago when my husband, Lincoln and I embraced the role of youth pastors, a position we faithfully held for nearly 15 years. During this period, I started my first business as a freelance graphic designer. Throughout this time I refined my expertise in leadership, marketing, working with people and teams, and consultancy, undertaking numerous leadership roles both locally and state-wide.
In 2008, my husband and I transitioned to the role of senior pastors, serving for two years and reinforcing our dedication to serving others. This experience broadened our leadership capabilities, leading us to the Not-for-Profit sector where we spearheaded the Care Arm of a local church, providing support to the homeless and creating community outreach initiatives.
Beyond these roles, I have established myself as a professional marketing consultant, graphic and web designer, and a certified John Maxwell coach and team member. Additionally, I am the Director of Certified Flourishing Coaching Australia, Certified Flourishing Coach and a Certified Professional Marketer with AMI.

Abe earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business, and a Master’s in Religious Education and Counselling.
